Fault-clearing service

Should a fault occur, we stand ready to assist you personally. Our CERTUSS central deployment system in Krefeld handles all the necessary steps – from acceptance to notification of fault correction – to ensure that you are up and producing again as quickly as possible.

The CERTUSS central deployment system features real-time tracking of the CERTUSS customer service technician via GPS.
