Our latest development - UMX
With the UMX, Certuss presents the latest generation of gas-fired steam generators. The system is designed for operation with natural gas, liquid gas or in dual gas mode and is fully operational after just 3–5 minutes. Thanks to infinitely variable power control between 20% and 100%, the steam supply can be flexibly adapted to actual requirements.
The UMX impresses with its high efficiency, very low NOx emissions and particularly user-friendly operation. Numerous pre-assembled components and an integrated maintenance concept also ensure maximum operational reliability and ease of servicing. The UMX thus sets new standards in its class.
The trendsetting Generation E
The CERTUSS E10MX - E320MX model range represents a pioneering performance class of electric steam generators.
The full steam output is available within 3-5 minutes after switching on the system. The output can be infinitely adjusted from 0 to 320 kg/h.
The safe and space-saving steam system can be installed in almost any working environment. The width of the steam generator corresponds to the standard door size of 80 cm.
The steam boilers are easy to maintain and equipped with simple one-view control and remote control.
The electric steam generators are also available in a stainless steel version. This allows steam to be produced for both industrial and culinary use.
Vertical water tube boiler, space-saving
CERTUSS steam generators are environmentally friendly and convert energy from gas, oil or electricity efficiently. Thanks to innovative modulating output regulation, they are ideal for use at industrial and commercial operations. Naturally, CERTUSS steam generators reliably meet current ecological standards.
CERTUSS steam generators are available in the JUNIOR TC and UNIVERSAL TC series with steam output from 80 to 2,000 kg/h. Depending on the size, they are operated with oil, gas or combined combustion. Our product assortment also includes two sizes with electrical heating. These steam generators can also be used as battery systems for economic and operationally safe steam supply. Thanks to the upright design of all CERTUSS steam boilers, the amount of space required is considerably reduced.
Established in 1957
When Hans-Joachim Schröder founded his company in 1957, he had some key objectives in mind: He wanted to built reliable, quiet and easy-to-maintain steam generators for continuous operation. Using the world's most commonly used water tube boiler principle for steam generation, he developed the CERTUSS steam generators. Today's facility in Krefeld, Germany – which has since become a globally present company – was created with this aim in mind.
