After almost two decades at the helm, Mathias Brauner is handing over the management of CERTUSS GmbH to his son Robert Brauner.
The current CFO will take over the management of the company with effect from 1 October 2025.
With the handover to the next generation, CERTUSS is focusing on continuity and future orientation. Robert Brauner brings with him extensive experience in finance, corporate development and strategic management.
He is also held in high regard within the Miura Group: as the youngest managing director of a subsidiary, he bears a great deal of entrepreneurial responsibility.
His goal is to continue CERTUSS's successful orientation while providing new impetus for innovation and growth.
Even as part of the Japanese Miura Group, CERTUSS retains the values of a family business: tradition, technical expertise and long-term thinking continue to shape the corporate culture and consolidate its position as a reliable partner for modern steam technology.
