At the Kern wine cellar, a multiple system comprised of two JUNIOR-series steam generators is used in the careful production of white wine, red wine and sparkling wine. Thanks to a cascade connection with peak-load regulation, steam is provided extremely efficiently with reduced fuel use.
This family-run winery with a history rich in tradition spanning more than 100 years requires steam output of up to 1,000 kg/h with fluctuating demand.
