The E320MX is designed as a modular, electrically powered steam generation system that can be flexibly adapted to different operational requirements. The design combines high steam output with a space-saving construction. With an installation dimension of only 80 cm, the entire system fits through standard doors and can therefore be easily installed in existing technical rooms with limited space.
Thanks to the integration of central components such as the feed water pump, feed water tank and control unit in a compact system frame, the installation effort is significantly reduced. Compared to conventional steam generators, the space requirement has been reduced by around 25% – without compromising on performance. The modular system architecture also allows the output to be scaled by connecting several units together, which is a major advantage, especially when production requirements are growing.

Intelligent control with Industry 4.0 functionality

The product is equipped as standard with a powerful HMI (Human Machine Interface) that supports up to 15 languages and enables intuitive operation via a touch panel. The steam pressure is automatically regulated, with all operating parameters monitored and documented in real time.
The control unit also offers functions such as condition monitoring, which enables local display of current values. An optional remote service also makes it possible to provide online support via an interface in the event of a fault. With this enhancement, it is fully Industry 4.0 compatible.
Material selection for a wide range of applications
The product is available in various materials to optimally meet industry-specific requirements. For applications in the beverage and food industry or in areas with high hygiene standards, a stainless steel version is offered that reliably meets both thermal and hygienic requirements.
The generation of culinary steam is also possible. Only systems with food-grade stainless steel components that are specially designed for applications in beverage production and food processing are used for this purpose.
A black steel version is available for classic industrial applications where hygiene requirements are less stringent. This offers an economical alternative with the same technical performance.
