The original design of the quick-start steam generator as a water tube boiler offers the advantage of steam provision in a very short period of time, yet still with a high degree of operational reliability thanks to the low water volume of the coiled tube. As a single unit, the UNIVERSAL TC oil or gas fired steam boiler is capable of steam output of up to 2.000 kg/h.
Should more steam be needed, several instant steam boilers can be reliably connected in series to produce up to 16,000 kg/h. Multiple systems like this enable a cascade connection with maximum flexibility and economic efficiency.
Another advantage is that less installation time and expense at your facility are required, as the entire steam boiler system is fully tested on our own factory test stand before shipping.
