Concept for a broad field of applications
All CERTUSS steam generators are type-tested according to the European Pressure Equipment Guideline DGRL 97/23/EG. For individual demands a range of different capacities are available. CERTUSS steam generators are delivered as a complete system, if wished for with an attached central supply unit (CVE).
CERTUSS produces seven different classes of steam generators. For your individual steam requirements you can choose from the Junior series, with a steam output of 80 kg/h up to 600 kg/Fh, and the Universal series, with steam outputs between 700 kg/h and 1,800 kg/h. All CERTUSS steam generators are type-examination tested. Several performance classes are available for individual requirements. CERTUSS steam generators are delivered complete, on demand with a supply unit. All installations can be fuelled with gas or oil, steam generators of 500 kg/h and more can be equipped with combined burners.
Furthermore, we manufacture two types of electrically heated steam generators: the series Elektro E 6 - E 72, starting with a steam output of 8 - 97 kg/h, and the new product development, the Elektro E 100 series with a steam output of 135 kg/h up to 160 kg/h.
The operating pressure of the CERTUSS steam generator E100 is progressively adjustable. The heating capacity is controlled according to the current steam demand via electronic load relays.
An efficient system of highest quality standard
The CERTUSS in-house production of important components, such as boiler body, pressure system, burner equipment and electric control, guarantees a constant quality level. The delivery of the steam generators as a unit, including all accessories ready for connection and use, is a special feature of the CERTUSS product line, because it saves costly pre-installation work and provides for factory-tested safety. Diverse additional equipment such as the Thermotimat-Control enable a fully automatic and personnel free operation of our system and offer a compact capacity system with a considerable reduction of power consumption. The CERTOMAT system, integrated in the standard version, displays the operation status of the steam generator, shows the messages via plain text display and saves the accumulated data to enable detailed analyses. All signals can be integrated into a central building control system (BCS).
