Commissioning & instruction

In the context of the initial commissioning of your CERTUSS steam generator the CERTUSS Customer Service is your first contact partner. The setting up, checking and adjustment of all components before the initial commissioning in combination with the detailed instruction by our CERTUSS Customer Service form the essential basis for optimal & safe operation of your plant.

Have you purchased a used CERTUSS steam generator – no problem. We would be pleased to support you in the installation planning and commissioning of your plant.

Energy consultancies

Energy efficiency & conservation of resources are elementary components of the CERTUSS philosophy. Our steam generators are constantly being developed further with regard to efficiency and degree of efficiency. However, we are also committed to the conservation of resources at existing plants. Optimal setting of the plants and heat recycling are only two possible methods to conserve resources, lower costs and reduce the environmental impact in the long term. The CERTUSS Customer Service is pleased to support and advise you on.

Retrofitting

CERTUSS steam generators are characterized in particular by their durability. If the framework conditions of your procedures and processes change, new requirements may also arise for your steam generators. To this purpose the CERTUSS Customer Service offer you manifold & flexible retrofitting possibilities in order to support you in adapting to new conditions of usage. Whether on your site or in our factory – we would be pleased to help you.

Spare part service

We stock all spare parts critical for operation for your CERTUSS steam generators centrally in Krefeld for a period of at least 20 years. Thus ensuring comprehensive service across Germany in combination with our service stations. Our competent and experienced SERVICE consultants will be pleased to help you. Delivery on the next working day is possible if orders are received from Monday - Thursday up to 3 p.m. (15:00) (warehouse stock presumed).

Inspection service (Section 16, German "Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV)")

In accordance with Section 16, German "Betriebssicherheitsverordnung" the statutory inspection periods with regard to repetitive inspections, interior inspections and strength tests have to be observed. In the case of our rapid steam generators with a pressure volume product of less than 1000 (PS x V) the inspection has to be carried out by a qualified person. We will be pleased to provide this service for you. Our package offer includes the inspection, certification of the conducted inspection as well as monitoring of the inspection periods. Fault-clearing service

Should a fault arise, we are there for you personally. Anonymity is unknown to us. Our central CERTUSS deployment system in Krefeld takes all the steps from the acceptance until the fault elimination is reported as completed necessary to restore your production as fast as possible. All our SERVICE technicians are fully networked and can be reached at any time through scheduling software, e-mail, text messaging, etc. Our service fleet disposes of an extensive selection of original CERTUSS spare parts in order to ensure rapid replacement on site. We are not satisfied until your plant is running again!

Maintenance

Individual fields of application require individual maintenance plans. CERTUSS offers you a wide range of maintenance and inspection concepts. From the annual full maintenance through to pure burner maintenance. Service from a single source. We ensure that the service intervals and inspection periods are observed. Our central deployment system coordinates the maintenance dates with you and in accordance with your requirements. Our paramount aim here is to ensure the greatest possible efficiency and resource optimisation.

Your CERTUSS SERVICE maintenance options:

  • Industrial maintenance agreement (GD/ND).
  • Burner maintenance agreement.
  • Season-specific commissionings and preservations.
  • Inspections to Section 15, German "Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV)".
